Live it up Thru Relationships that Can Endure

June 17th, 2009

Look, I’m not your typical gullible dude, lethargically interested in being alone like a spoil sport. I’d wager you have never pegged me to write a talk much about great dating and compatibility. That’s just me for ya.

Helplessness is a fixable popular feeling and totally absent from my genetics. Let me go on, Here’s the situation, I had no choice but to put the breaks on a worthwhile relationship which meant a lot for us but essentially deadended for both of us. Therefore somone would tell ya it may have been a few years since I dated. I don’t have the great expectations in relationships I used to enjoy.

Single life has had its perks so far. One thing is for sure, I won’t be reduced to lounge about, faithfully watching Jack Bauer (from 24) episodes off the torrents. The number one cause of this case of temporary dating loneliness? The people I know are settling down, and there are fewer available women.

My one-time football friend, Jim, who will never have dating loneliness, told me he’s almost shooting from the same blind as I am. He linked me to the Great Expectations Dating service. Of course, I like meeting new women around my age. So I decided to make a change and joined.

I told myself, there ain’t room to complain due to being alone when you haven’t tried to meet anyone. Just like my college basketball coach Paul Kniffen often said with a smile, “You’re complaining to the competition, shooter.”

Sheer genius, right? But, the old guy was on the money without being self-righteous. He always made us laugh. This amazing company offering matchmaking services in Dallas that I use might have short circuted coach’s brain.

Through great expectations I breezily chatted with a few insightful and desirable ladies that catch my eye. I truthfully had a carefree night with dozens of intelligently noteworthy men and women. I ducked out of the mixer a little early with an exchange of digits, and as a plus, I grew some social networking connections for my job. Score.

Put yourself in the play. You won’t win if you don’t try. Listen to me and you might as well have great expectations for yourself.

Respectfully,

Caleb
